Newest innovation of di support – ID Pro G4 Imaging system

Once again this year, we at di support are part of the most innovative minds in Germany. We are very pleased to be among the lucky winners again and gratefully accept the recognition and winner award of this year’s German Innovation Award 2022 in the category “Excellence in Business to Business – Retail & Trade Solutions”.

What product did we enter the race with?
With an innovative passport photo solution, tailor-made for our customers’ point-of-sale. The innovative “ID Pro G4 passport photo system” from di support convinced the jury of the German Design Council. The German Innovation Award honors innovative achievements that break new ground through their added value. These can be products or services and they can come from very different industries.
But the focus is always on the user experience: solutions that make our lives easier and contribute to a better future. The prize that makes innovation visible.

With the innovative ID Pro G4, di support invents a passport photo system – tailored to the everyday needs of customers. Thanks to its smart design, it is easy to handle and space-saving to use at the point of sale. The automated position assistance and biometric verification (thanks to AI) integrated in the software according to ICAO guidelines enable smooth passport photo capture without additional camera equipment or specialized personnel. By wirelessly linking the ID system to the printer, passport photos are printed automatically after capture.
Thanks to the versatility of our system, it can be converted into a photo booth system with selfie function in a few simple steps. Innovative, sustainable and simple.

We at di support have already received several awards for our new products. Our ambition is to continuously develop our company and our product portfolio and to think outside the box.
